How to order
Request a quote
Send us a drawing, a photo or the part itself. We reply with a quote or with the questions we need answered. Email your drawing, material grade, quantity and required date to orders@mse.engineer, or use the form on this page. Several parts? Send your RFQ or parts list and we quote every line. No drawing? Send us the part. Ask us for the lead time when you request a quote: it depends on the part.

What to send for an accurate quote first time
- The drawing, with its number and revision (PDF preferred). No drawing? The pump make, model and size and where the part sits in the pump, photos, or the part itself.
- Material grade, and condition where it matters (for example 1.4057 QT800, or 431 at HB300). Not sure? Write "match the original" or "please advise".
- Quantity now, and any repeat quantity you expect.
- Required date, and whether it is routine, a planned shutdown (give the date) or a breakdown.
- Documents you need, such as a material certificate, an inspection report or your QCP. The quote will say which we supply.
- Treatments and coatings on the drawing: heat treatment, hard chrome, thermal spray, hardfacing.
- Free-issue material: say if you will supply the bar, castings or parts.
- Delivery address, and whether you order by purchase order or through a supplier portal.
Repeat order? Quote the drawing number and revision, and we work from it.
Repair? We agree a written scope of work with you first, and a QCP where you need one.
Ordering through a portal? We work with customer purchasing portals as well as emailed orders.
