Ordering
What do I need to send for a quote?
The drawing with its number and revision, the material grade, the quantity, the required date and any documents you need. No drawing? Send the pump make, model and size, where the part sits, photos, or the part itself. Email orders@mse.engineer.
Can I send one RFQ or parts list for several parts?
Yes. Send your RFQ or parts list to orders@mse.engineer and MSE quotes every line.
What is MSE’s lead time?
It depends on the part, so ask when you request a quote. Parts machined from bar are quickest. Parts that need castings, heat treatment, coatings or hardfacing take longer, because those steps are done by specialist partners.
Does MSE make one-offs or batches?
Both. MSE makes one-off spares, including breakdown parts, and small batches, such as wear rings on its CNC turning centres.
Can we order through our supplier portal?
Yes. MSE works with customer purchasing portals as well as emailed orders, and checks every order against the drawing number and revision.
Does MSE deliver?
Yes. MSE delivers finished parts in its own vehicles. Confirm delivery to your site at quote stage.
How do we register MSE as a supplier?
Email your vendor registration form or portal invitation to accounts@mse.engineer.

Can MSE supply an inspection report?
Ask at quote stage. Tell MSE which documents you need, such as an inspection report of drawing size against measured size, and the quote will say which MSE supplies. Mill and heat-treatment certificates are passed on when the order requires them.
Will MSE work to our quality control plan?
Yes. MSE works to customer quality control plans (QCPs), signing off stage by stage, particularly on repairs, and raises any deviation from the drawing through the customer’s concession process.
Need a part made?
