Who we are

What we collect
Contact details (name, company, email, phone); details and files you send with enquiries and quote requests (drawings, photos); and details needed to supply and invoice you. We also receive contact details from our customers, in purchase orders and supplier portals.
Why
To reply to enquiries; to prepare quotations; to make, deliver and invoice orders; to meet legal and tax obligations; and to send news only if you opted in.
Who sees it
MSE staff who need it; specialist partners who carry out processes on your part (for example heat treatment, coating or testing), limited to what they need; our IT and email service providers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
HTTPS on the whole website; access limited to people who need it.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw consent to direct marketing at any time.
Direct marketing
Only with your prior opt-in consent; every message carries an unsubscribe link.
